Hello, I'm Katherine, creator of the Untired Me programme.
I'm not a doctor or a sleep scientist (unfortunately!), I'm simply an ex-bedtime procrastinator who finally found a way to rewire her habit.
No more being dragged out of deep sleep by my alarm.
No more 11am crashes.
No more feeling ridiculous for being tired,yet again, for no good reason.
It’s been life-changing.
Now, I'm on a mission to help other bedtime procrastinators do the same thing and re-claim their sleep.
