Katherine Bruce, Creator of the Untired Me programme for bedtime procrastination

A quick introduction...

Hello, I'm Katherine, creator of Untired Me.

I'm not a doctor or a sleep scientist (unfortunately!). I'm simply an ex-bedtime procrastinator who finally found a way to rewire her habit.

No more being dragged out of deep sleep by my alarm.
No more feeling ridiculous for being tired, yet again, for no good reason.

It’s been life-changing.

Now, I'm on a mission to help other bedtime procrastinators do the same.

Whether you use the free resources or sign up for the programme, I really hope you find the bedtime procrastination solution you need to go to bed on time and reclaim your sleep.

Bedtime procrastination FAQ

What is bedtime procrastination?

Bedtime procrastination is a well-studied phenomenon that involves staying up past your bedtime for no good reason, even though you know you'll suffer the next day. Sometimes called 'sleep procrastination', variations include 'revenge bedtime procrastination' and 'while-in-bed procrastination'.

Why is bedtime procrastination a problem?

Going to bed late occasionally is totally fine and a natural part of modern life. But if you're regularly staying up too late and can't shift to a later wake-up time, you'll soon start feeling the effects of all that cumulative sleep deprivation. Being constantly tired impacts almost every part of our physical and mental health. You're not designed to be constantly tired, any more than you're designed to be constantly hungry or thirsty.
