A bit about you

How old do I have to be? You must be over 18.

Do I have to check in with a doctor before the programme? Yes. Just like any other health or wellbeing change you make, check with your doctor before starting.

Is it suitable for people with sleep disorders or other physical/mental health issues? No. The programme has been designed for people who go to bed too late due to bedtime procrastination. It is not a medical intervention.

Inside the programme

How does the course work? Untired Me is self-contained and self-directed. There's no coaching or realtime teaching, instead you simply work through the modules at a time that suits you. The focus is very much on you, your life and your experience of bedtime procrastination: each short lesson is followed up by questions and activities.

How long does it take? Modules 1-4 take approx eight hours in total, so it's good to do them across a single week. Module five then supports you over four weeks as you test and tweak your new approach to sleep, building the habit night by night.

Do I have to go to bed at the same time every night? No. A fundamental part of the Untired Me technique is having dedicated Sleep Nights and Relax Nights. It's about scheduling your week and building the habit on every Sleep Night.
